Sitting between a lake and the mountains, the picturesque village of Maurach is in a magnificent setting. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, children are well taken care of, and the accommodation is superb. All this helps make Maurach an amazing family resort. However, the resort suffers because the ski area is very limited. To remedy that, there is a ski pass linking Maurach with the resorts of Pertisau and Achenkirch. With this pass, the possibilities for skiing increase, but so do the trips in the shuttle buses
