Zermatt is unlike any other resort. it is elegant, traditional, romantic and full of postcard-scenery. excellent skiing if your are at an intermediate level at least. skiing isnt vast. it does get very cold when the wind is blowing, so be prepared for it. good food on the mountain - but certainly not cheap - nor is the lift pass. ...

The best ski resort that i have stayed in so far. it has excellent ski slopes, snow parks and ski clubs for children. it is situated near courchevel so you can easily catch one chair up and then you can ski the same slopes you can ski at courchevel without paying all the extra cost for accomodation that you would have to pay if you were staying in courchevel. la ...
