In febr. 2006 na 15 jaar afwezigheid teruggegaan naar Seiseralm. Fantastisch liftennetwerk (veel aanpassingen, nieuwe liften + kap) en nog altijd heerlijke lange, brede zwierpistes. 8th season in Waidring. Excellent uncommercialized resort. Very friendly people, with a warm welcome at the hotel. Skiing good,Steinplatte has runs to suit all levels of skiers,some red runs as challenging as black runs in other areas. Hausberg good for beginners before going to main ski area. Well organised bus > train > bus links from Klagnefurt. Nice valley/people. Plenty of sunshine. No snow at all in Feb 2007 but the machines ensured good ski-ing on the major pistes that were kept open. Gondolas take you to the top of 3km runs with lots of routes to explore. The runs are limited although perfectly groomed and some challenging reds and blacks. Boy do they know how to look after the runs with snow making all day every day.
